By eliminating pre-welded motor mounts, this K-member offers the freedom to fabricate unique engine positioning or utilize specialized mounting plates, while the integrated mounts for a Pinto steering rack streamline your front-end conversion. Like all BMR K-members, this unit replaces the heavy, bulky factory assembly to provide significant weight savings and a massive increase in structural front-end rigidity.
The KM014-1H is engineered from heavy-duty 1 5/8-inch and 1 1/4-inch DOM steel tubing to ensure maximum strength under high-stress street, drag, and road course applications. Its geometry is optimized to provide extra clearance for complex turbo headers and piping, while offering an additional 1/4-inch of A-arm adjustability for up to 4 degrees of extra camber.
