Designed without pre-welded motor mounts, this K-member gives you the flexibility to fabricate custom engine plates for any drivetrain setup. By replacing the heavy, bulky factory K-member with this high-strength tubular alternative, you achieve a weight reduction of over 42 pounds (when combined with BMR A-arms) and gain significant under-hood clearance for large-tube headers and custom turbo kits.
The KM001R is constructed from heavy-duty 1 5/8-inch x 0.120 wall and 1 1/4-inch x 0.095 wall DOM steel tubing to provide exceptional structural rigidity for street, drag, and handling applications. This 100% bolt-in kit is designed to work with your factory steering rack and offers an additional 1/4-inch of A-arm adjustability, allowing for up to 4 degrees of extra camber. It is compatible with both stock and aftermarket A-arms. Finished in a brilliant, durable red powdercoat, it is the perfect starting point for your custom front suspension build.
