Factory panhard bars can track in an unpredictable arc during suspension travel, causing the rear axle to shift side-to-side and upsetting chassis balance during hard cornering or high-speed transitions. This race-engineered Watts link completely eliminates lateral axle movement by keeping the differential perfectly centered under the vehicle throughout the suspension's entire range of motion, providing rock-solid stability and highly predictable handling characteristics.
Built to withstand extreme track environments while maintaining excellent street manners, the main crossmember is manufactured from heavy-duty 1x2-inch (0.120-inch wall) rectangular steel tubing and robust 0.25-inch laser-cut steel plates. The system features a double-shear fabricated center pivot riding on a greasable Delrin center bushing for smooth, fluid operation. This premium kit features double-adjustable links equipped with heavy-duty, zinc-plated chrome-moly rod ends on one side and high-performance 95-durometer greasable polyurethane bushings on the other. This rod-end and polyurethane combination provides the perfect balance of bind-free articulation and crisp response while isolating unwanted noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) for a comfortable street ride. With 6 roll-center height adjustment points, you can easily fine-tune your Mustang's rear roll center to optimize traction and handling balance for any street performance, autocross, or road course setup. Finished in a rugged black hammertone powdercoat, this 100-percent bolt-on kit requires no welding and is compatible with stock or BMR’s SB042 rear sway bar. Note: Cars lowered more than 1.5 inches in the rear or running soft spring rates may require minor trimming of the driver-side axle mount bracket for clearance. Installation takes approximately 3 to 4 hours.
