The Whipple Stage 1 Gen 6 3.0L Supercharger No Flash Tool Kit for the 2021–2022 Ford Mustang Mach 1 5.0L delivers Whipple’s latest Gen 6 twin-screw performance in a complete bolt-on hardware package for enthusiasts who plan to run custom tuning. Built to fit cleanly under the factory hood, this system delivers instant boost, a flat torque curve, and strong top-end power while maintaining OEM-style fit and finish.

This is a No Flash Tool (NFT) kit. It includes NO calibration, NO tuning credits, and NO flash tool. A custom tune is required for vehicle operation.

Gen 6 3.0L Supercharger Technology

At the core of this system is the Whipple Gen 6 W185AX 3.0L front-entry twin-screw supercharger. Gen 6 is a clean-sheet redesign featuring all-new bearings, gears, rotors, and housing engineered to improve sealing, airflow efficiency, and durability across the RPM range.

The advanced 3x4 rotor combination, increased rotor diameter, optimized discharge port, and 285-degree helix angle allow the supercharger to move more air with less heat—producing more power per pound of boost than previous-generation designs.

Industry-Leading Cooling System

Whipple’s patented dual-core, dual-pass intercooler system is a major advantage of the Gen 6 platform. Intake air is routed through each intercooler core twice, dramatically increasing heat rejection compared to conventional single-pass layouts.
