BMR Upper Control Arms On-Car Adjustable Rod End Black (1979-2004 Mustang) UTCA041H

Launch harder, eliminate wheel hop, and add cornering consistency to your Fox-body, SN95, or New Edge chassis with BMR Suspension On-Car Adjustable Rear Upper Control Arms. The factory control arms are prone to flexing under heavy loads, and when combined with soft rubber bushings, they deflect significantly. This deflection absorbs valuable horsepower instead of transferring it to the tires, leading to wheel hop, inconsistent traction, and altered pinion angles. Engineered for high-performance street, drag racing, and road racing applications, these heavy-duty upper control arms eliminate flex to deliver rock-solid stability and crisp suspension response.

Built to withstand extreme performance environments, these control arms are manufactured from heavy-duty 1-1/4 inch DOM steel tubing and feature a professional MIG-welded design. For precision geometry adjustments, the arms utilize a CNC-machined chrome-moly center adjuster with rolled threads for ultimate strength and durability. The on-car adjustable design allows you to easily fine-tune your rear pinion angle to reduce drivetrain vibration and optimize traction without removing the arms from the vehicle. To eliminate compliance and maximize articulation, BMR equips the arms with heavy-duty, Teflon-lined rod ends and CNC-machined 7075 billet aluminum rod end spacers. This provides a bind-free design that stands up to high compression loads while delivering maximum predictability. Finished in a rugged black hammertone powdercoat, this direct bolt-on upgrade installs in approximately 2-3 hours using basic hand tools.
