UMI constructs the panhard bar from 1.250-inch OD x 0.095-inch wall DOM mild steel tubing with a 4140 chrome-moly threaded tube adapter and heat-treated adjuster. The bar is fully TIG welded and uses a spherical Roto-Joint along with high-quality greaseable polyurethane bushings.
On-Car Adjustment with Roto-Joint
The 1054-R features an on-car adjustable design for convenient rear-end adjustment without removing the panhard bar. Its spherical Roto-Joint allows bind-free performance while maintaining precise suspension control.
DOM and Chrome-Moly Construction
The panhard bar is manufactured from 1.250-inch OD x 0.095-inch wall DOM mild steel tubing with a 4140 chrome-moly threaded tube adapter and 4140 chrome-moly heat-treated adjuster. Fully TIG welded construction provides strength and durability.
