UMI Performance Adjustable Upper Control Arm Black (1047-B) - 2005-2010 Ford Mustang
Upgrade the rear suspension of your 2005-2010 Ford Mustang with the UMI Performance Adjustable Upper Control Arm. Designed to replace the factory upper control arm, the 1047-B provides adjustability along with a QA1 chrome-moly spherical rod end to improve traction and handling.
The mounting bracket is constructed from 0.250-inch thick steel and CNC machined for precise tolerances. MIG and TIG welded construction is combined with a heat-treated 4140 chrome-moly adjuster and threaded tube adapter for strength and thread durability.
QA1 Spherical Rod End
UMI equips the control arm with a QA1 chrome-moly spherical rod end featuring a Teflon/Kevlar self-lubricating race. The left and right hand adjuster allows for convenient adjustment of the control arm.
Heavy-Duty Chrome-Moly Components
The 4140 chrome-moly adjuster is heat treated for maximum strength, while the 4140 chrome-moly threaded tube adapter is designed to provide durable threads throughout adjustment and use.
