PRO Series Tubular Upper Control Arms for First-Gen F-Body & Early Nova
The TRZ Motorsports 316-PRO-Uppers are high-strength, drag-race-focused tubular upper control arms designed for 1967 - 1969 Camaro, 1967 - 1969 Firebird, and 1968 - 1974 Chevrolet Nova. Built from precision TIG-welded chrome-moly tubing, these arms deliver superior rigidity, alignment stability, and significant weight reduction compared to OEM stamped steel arms.
All TRZ PRO Series upper control arms feature chrome-moly rod-end attachments mounted to billet cross-shafts, providing precise adjustability and long-term durability under high-load drag racing conditions. These uppers also include integrated travel limiters to tune upward suspension travel and improve front-end weight transfer on launch.
When combined with matching TRZ lower control arms, the full system delivers 6 - 7 degrees of positive caster - ideal for high-speed stability and predictable tracking down the strip. Uppers alone will not achieve these numbers and may lead to camber/caster limitations. TRZ lowers are available in both stock-spring and coilover configurations depending on your setup goals.
Note: TRZ tubular control arms are designed exclusively for drag racing applications. These arms do not include sway bar tabs and are not intended for street-driven vehicles.
