Every Texas Speed Gen 3 Predator short block is meticulously deburred, precision balanced, and blueprinted in-house to meet strict tolerances and provide consistent performance under extreme operating conditions. Starting with a brand-new Ford Predator block, this assembly is reinforced with Darton Coyote sleeves and Texas Speed’s proprietary stainless steel hoop design to enhance block durability and cylinder stability at elevated cylinder pressures. The result is a purpose-built short block capable of handling mid-30 PSI boost levels while retaining a 12:1 compression ratio for responsive power delivery and serious performance potential.
