Upgrade the rear braking performance of your 2010-2015 Chevrolet Camaro with the TBM Brakes XS3 Rear Extreme Street Brake Kit. Developed from more than 30 years of racing experience, the XS3 Series bridges the gap between lightweight racing brakes and the larger, heavier street performance brake packages commonly used on late-model vehicles. Combining compact 12.19-inch slotted and vented rotors with billet four-piston calipers and Hawk Performance HPS pads, this system delivers impressive stopping power and responsive pedal feel while maintaining compatibility with many smaller-diameter wheel combinations.
The race-inspired XS3 calipers are machined from solid 6061 aluminum and use four large 1.75-inch pistons per caliper to generate substantial clamping force. TBM's internal crossflow design eliminates external transfer tubes while promoting even hydraulic pressure distribution for smooth, consistent braking. Billet 304 stainless steel pistons, black anodized brackets and hats, dark zinc-plated rotors, and quality 12-point hardware complete a durable rear brake package designed for serious street and performance applications. Rear knuckle modification is required, and this kit eliminates compatibility with the factory parking brake.

Caliper Design
The XS3 Extreme Street caliper incorporates engineering developed through TBM's racing brake programs into an all-billet package intended for serious street performance. Its rigid bridge design allows the caliper to generate substantial clamping force while minimizing unwanted flex for improved pedal response. Four 1.75-inch pistons per caliper provide excellent braking torque, while the internal crossflow fluid design helps maintain balanced hydraulic pressure without exposed external transfer tubes.
Rotor Design
The included 12.19-inch cast rotors feature slotted and vented construction engineered to balance stopping performance, heat management, durability, weight, and appearance. Their compact diameter allows the XS3 system to work with many factory and aftermarket wheels measuring 15 inches or larger. A dark zinc-plated finish provides additional protection against rust and corrosion on rotor areas not contacted by the brake pads.
Brake Pads
TBM pairs the XS3 system with Hawk Performance HPS brake pads featuring a Ferro-Carbon friction compound. The HPS compound provides a street-friendly balance of strong stopping capability, manageable brake dust, and reduced noise compared to more aggressive racing compounds.
Billet Brake Hats
TBM's billet aluminum brake hats reduce unnecessary rotating mass by eliminating the heavier steel center section commonly found on traditional one-piece rotors. The unique stepped mounting design also provides minor axle offset adjustment to assist with proper brake alignment during installation.

Additional Notes
- Modification to the factory rear knuckle is required for installation.
- This brake kit will not work with the factory parking brake.
- Not compatible with ZL1 axles.
- Fits many 15-inch and larger factory or aftermarket wheels when sufficient clearance is available.
- Will not clear the inner beadlock ring of a 15-inch beadlock drag racing wheel.
- Always verify wheel and brake clearance before installation.
- TBM does not recommend silicone-based brake fluid with these calipers.
- Use only approved DOT 3, DOT 4, or DOT 5.1 brake fluid.
- TBM Extreme 6 brake fluid is recommended for best results.
- This brake system performs best at approximately 600 to 800 PSI brake pressure during normal braking.
- Proper master cylinder sizing and pedal ratio are essential for correct brake operation and performance.
