The 460 lb/in linear spring rate is precision-tuned to provide a flatter, more composed ride that balances performance support with daily-driving comfort.
BMR manufactures these springs from high-tensile chrome silicon spring wire, utilizing a CNC cold-winding process that ensures consistent diameter and performance from the left spring to the right. To guarantee a lifetime of sag-free service, BMR subjects every spring to a rigorous "preset" process where they are compressed solid twice. They are then stress-relieved at 750°F and shot-peened to eliminate surface-level stresses. Finally, every single spring is computer-tested for exact height and load force before receiving a durable red powder coat finish.
