Overview
The factory intake bridge on the 2020-2026 Ford 6.7L Power Stroke is known for restricting airflow and creating turbulence. PPE's Zilla Intake Manifold and Turbo Inlet Kit replaces these bottlenecks with a high-flow stainless steel system designed to increase intake efficiency, reduce restriction, and support higher boost levels. The brushed finish adds a clean, premium look under the hood.
Eliminates Stock Airflow Restrictions
The OEM manifold features narrow internal passages - some smaller than a 2.5-inch tube - and places the EGR swirl port directly in the center of the airflow path. This creates turbulence, slows intake velocity, and limits the volume of air reaching the cylinder heads.
High-Flow 3.25-Inch Stainless Steel Tubing
PPE solves these issues with 3.25-inch stainless steel tubing and hydroformed runners that deliver smooth, direct airflow into both cylinder heads. The restrictive EGR boss is removed, and the EGR inlet is repositioned and angled to ensure balanced distribution of fresh air and EGR gases.
69% Higher Maximum Flow
With its optimized geometry and larger passages, the PPE manifold delivers a 69% increase in maximum airflow compared to the stock component. A redesigned stainless steel EGR pipe and gaskets are included to support the improved layout.
Fully Round 4-Inch Turbo Inlet System
The kit includes a 4-inch stainless steel turbo inlet paired with a 100% dry-carbon airbox duct. Unlike the factory setup - which transitions from round to oval and back again - PPE maintains a fully round design for maximum flow and reduced frictional losses. Removing the factory two-chamber resonator cuts turbulence, reduces weight, and enhances turbo sound.
Built for Higher Boost & HO Models
This system is engineered to handle increased boost pressure and is compatible with both standard-output and 500 hp high-output Power Stroke models. HO trucks require PPE's Turbo Coolant Line Relocation Kit (SKU 319010000, sold separately).
OEM-Like Fitment
PPE designed this kit for a clean, hassle-free installation. All factory mounting points, sensor clips, dipstick brackets, and coolant hose connections are retained. The MAP sensor port is located in the same position as stock and includes provisions for the MAP shield.
