Overview

The factory intake bridge on the 2017-2019 Ford 6.7L Power Stroke is known for restricting airflow and creating turbulence. PPE's Zilla Intake Manifold and Turbo Inlet Kit replaces these limitations with a high-flow stainless steel system designed to improve intake efficiency, reduce restriction, and support higher performance. The polished finish adds a clean, show-quality look under the hood.

Eliminates Factory Airflow Bottlenecks

The OEM manifold contains narrow internal passages - some smaller than a 2.5-inch tube - and positions the EGR swirl port directly in the center of the airflow path. This creates turbulence, slows intake velocity, and limits the volume of air reaching the cylinder heads.

High-Flow 3.25-Inch Stainless Steel Tubing

PPE resolves these issues with 3.25-inch stainless steel tubing and hydroformed runners that deliver smooth, direct airflow into both cylinder heads. The restrictive EGR boss is removed, and the EGR inlet is repositioned and angled to ensure balanced distribution of fresh air and EGR gases.

69% Increase in Maximum Flow

With its optimized geometry and larger passages, the PPE manifold delivers a 69% increase in maximum airflow compared to the stock design. A redesigned stainless steel EGR pipe and gaskets are included to support the improved layout.

High-Flow Turbo Inlet System

The kit also includes a 4-inch stainless steel turbo inlet paired with a dry-carbon airbox duct. Unlike the factory setup - which transitions from round to oval and back again - PPE maintains a fully round design to reduce frictional losses and improve turbo response. Removing the factory two-chamber resonator reduces turbulence, cuts weight, and enhances turbo sound.

OEM-Like Fitment

PPE engineered this kit for a clean, hassle-free installation. All factory mounting points, sensor clips, dipstick brackets, and coolant hose connections are retained. The MAP sensor port is located in the same position as stock and includes provisions for the MAP shield.
