All-Aluminum Bar-and-Plate Construction

The intercooler features a durable all-aluminum bar-and-plate core paired with TIG-welded, reinforced end tanks. This design offers superior heat resistance and structural strength compared to the stock unit's crimped plastic end tanks, ensuring consistent performance at elevated boost levels.

50% Larger Core Volume

A 50% increase in core volume provides more thermal mass and greater heat-transfer surface area. This allows the intercooler to maintain stable intake air temperatures during towing, hauling, or extended high-load operation.

63% Less Pressure Drop

Fluid-optimized cast-aluminum end tanks reduce internal turbulence and streamline airflow, resulting in a 63% reduction in pressure drop compared to the factory intercooler. The turbocharger works more efficiently, improving throttle response and reducing strain.
