All-Aluminum Bar-and-Plate Core

The intercooler uses a rugged all-aluminum bar-and-plate core paired with TIG-welded, reinforced end tanks. This construction offers far greater heat resistance and structural strength than the stock unit, ensuring dependable performance at elevated boost levels.

50% Larger Core Volume

With a 50% increase in core volume, the intercooler provides more thermal mass and greater heat-transfer capability. This helps maintain stable intake air temperatures during towing, hauling, or extended high-load operation.

63% Reduction in Pressure Drop
