PPE's Air-to-Water Intercooler Kit with polished aluminum pipes is engineered to deliver a major cooling and airflow improvement for 2011-2026 Ford 6.7L Power Stroke trucks. With a larger core, reduced restriction, and a fully welded aluminum design, this system provides cooler, denser charge air for better performance, efficiency, and durability under any driving conditions.

All-Aluminum Bar-and-Plate Construction

The intercooler features a rugged all-aluminum bar-and-plate core paired with TIG-welded, reinforced end tanks. This design offers far greater heat resistance and structural strength than the factory unit, ensuring reliable performance at elevated boost levels.

50% Larger Core Volume

A 50% increase in core volume provides significantly more thermal mass and heat transfer surface area. This allows the intercooler to shed heat faster and maintain stable intake air temperatures during towing, hauling, or extended high-load operation.

63% Reduction in Pressure Drop

Fluid-optimized cast-aluminum end tanks streamline airflow and reduce internal turbulence, resulting in a 63% lower pressure drop compared to the stock intercooler. The turbocharger works more efficiently, improving throttle response and reducing strain.
