The PPE intercooler is built using a rugged all-aluminum bar-and-plate core paired with welded cast-aluminum end tanks. This design offers far greater durability and heat resistance than the factory unit's crimped plastic end tanks.
Massive 830 cu-in Core Volume
With a 72% increase in core volume, this intercooler dramatically improves heat rejection. The larger core and 17 rows of internal and external cooling fins help maintain consistent intake air temperatures even during towing, off-roading, or spirited driving.
Flow-Optimized End Tanks
Durable cast-aluminum end tanks are engineered for smooth, efficient airflow. The optimized design reduces restriction, allowing the turbochargers to work more efficiently and lowering overall turbo stress.
