The factory Panhard rod is made of flexible, stamped steel and is fitted with soft rubber bushings that deflect severely under cornering, drag launches, and hard acceleration. This deflection allows the rear axle to shift laterally, ruining your suspension geometry and leading to unstable handling. BMR’s PHR013H eliminates this deflection entirely, keeping your rear axle perfectly centered.
Constructed from heavy-duty 1.25-inch, 0.120-inch wall DOM steel tubing with TIG-welded chrome-moly tube adapters, this Panhard rod is built to handle the highest levels of track abuse. The PHR013H is the ultimate compromise between race-level performance and street-driven comfort. One end features a high-grade greasable 95-durometer polyurethane bushing, which uses BMR's signature internally fluted design to distribute grease evenly, ensuring quiet and reliable operation. The opposite end is equipped with a premium, zinc-plated, heat-treated chrome-moly Teflon-lined rod end accompanied by custom-designed 304 stainless steel spacers. Adjustability is effortless thanks to BMR's CNC-machined 4130 chrome-moly center adjuster with rolled threads, allowing you to quickly recenter your axle on the car without removing the bar. Finished in a highly durable, textured black hammertone powdercoat, this 100% bolt-on upgrade is perfect for high-horsepower street, drag, and road course applications.
