BMR Polyurethane Motor Mount Kit - Red Powder Coat (MM004R) - 2010-2015 Chevy Camaro V8

Minimize power-robbing engine movement, sharpen throttle response, and improve shifting accuracy on your 5th Gen Chevrolet Camaro with the Polyurethane Motor Mount Kit from BMR Suspension. From the factory, the rubber motor mounts in V8 Camaros are engineered for soft compliance rather than performance. Under heavy loads, these factory mounts allow the engine to deflect significantly, twisting away from the drivetrain. This deflection absorbs energy that should be going to the wheels, resulting in sluggish throttle response, slower drag strip reaction times, and tricky, inconsistent gear alignment in manual-equipped cars. BMR’s MM004R kit uses high-durometer polyurethane bushings to secure your V8 engine firmly, ensuring peak torque transfer with minimal impact on cabin comfort.

Engineered for high-powered street performance, drag strip launches, and road course handling, these mounts are fabricated from heavy-duty 0.25-inch (1/4-inch) laser-cut steel plate and precision MIG-welded for bulletproof strength. At the core of this kit are rugged 95-durometer polyurethane bushings, which drastically limit engine rotation compared to soft factory rubber while minimizing any harsh changes to interior noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH). BMR designs this kit to maintain your engine at its stock factory height, guaranteeing perfect alignment with all existing under-hood setups, headers, and accessories. As an added performance bonus, this slim, high-strength layout sheds roughly 2 pounds off the front end compared to the bulky factory mount assemblies.

Protected by a durable, long-lasting red powder coat finish that stands out in the engine bay and fights off corrosion, the MM004R kit includes high-tensile Grade 8 mounting hardware. This direct-fit upgrade installs in approximately 2 to 3 hours using standard hand tools and requires absolutely no cutting or welding.

NOTE: For max-effort race cars where absolute elimination of engine deflection is required, this kit can be upgraded later. Simply swap out the poly bushings for BMR's MM006 Billet Aluminum Solid Bushing Upgrade Kit (sold separately) to achieve a completely rigid configuration.
