This partial carbon fiber configuration combines a fiberglass main bumper with gloss clear-coated carbon fiber components, including the upper and lower grilles, splitter, and vents. The fiberglass portions are supplied in black primer ready for paint or wrap, allowing you to customize the bumper while retaining exposed carbon fiber accents throughout the front end. This version does not include canards, providing a cleaner R1 Competizione appearance while retaining the partial carbon fiber treatment.
R1 Competizione Design without Canards
The R1 Competizione Bumper transforms the S650 Mustang with a more aggressive and purposeful front profile. This configuration pairs the R1 design with exposed carbon fiber components while eliminating the canards for enthusiasts who prefer a cleaner motorsport-inspired appearance.
Fiberglass with Carbon Fiber Components
The main bumper structure features fiberglass construction and is supplied in black primer, ready for final preparation, paint, or wrap. Carbon fiber is used for the contrasting performance-oriented components, providing the visual impact of exposed carbon while retaining the versatility of a paintable fiberglass main bumper.
According to the supplied MAZ Muscle specifications, the partial carbon configuration uses carbon fiber for the upper grille, lower grille, splitter, and vent components. The exposed carbon fiber sections feature a gloss clear coat finish for a premium appearance and additional surface protection.
