Maximum Motorsports Sport Box (SB-1) - 1987-1989 Ford Mustang Hardtop
Upgrade the handling, steering response, and chassis rigidity of your 1987-1989 Ford Mustang Hardtop with the Maximum Motorsports Sport Box. Designed specifically for street-driven Mustangs, this complete suspension package combines lowering springs, matched struts and shocks, chassis reinforcement components, and steering upgrades to improve performance while maintaining comfortable ride quality.
The Sport Box includes H&R Sport springs, Koni STR.T struts and shocks, Maximum Motorsports caster/camber plates, a Panhard bar, and multiple chassis braces. Together, these components improve cornering grip, stability, and steering precision without sacrificing the ride quality expected from a street-oriented suspension.

Street-Oriented Suspension Performance
The Maximum Motorsports Sport Box is engineered to improve suspension performance in a complete, coordinated package. H&R Sport springs lower the Mustang, while the matched Koni STR.T struts and shocks provide controlled suspension movement and comfortable street ride quality.
Maximum Motorsports caster/camber plates allow the front alignment to be adjusted within specification. Urethane spring isolators replace the original rubber components during spring installation, while the shorter pinion snubber provides additional suspension travel.
The Panhard bar improves cornering grip and rear suspension stability. Full-length subframe connectors, the strut tower brace, and the 4-point K-member brace increase chassis rigidity, benefiting both handling and ride quality.
Urethane steering rack bushings reduce unwanted movement in the steering system, improving steering response and precision.
