- Dual rear wheel trucks require DRW Hardware Kit Part Number 88-33XXX-DRW.
- Does not fit dual rear wheel trucks without the use of a wheel spacer.
- Trucks with one inch to three inch rear lifts require Spacer Kit Part Number 88-32110-3.
- Not compatible with the factory fifth wheel hitch.
- Requires a minimum of 2.56 inches of clearance between the tire sidewall and the leaf spring.
- Confirmed fifth wheel hitch compatibility includes B&W GNRK1012, B&W GNRK1016, B&W RVK2506, Curt 16411, Reese 56001, and Reese 50066.
