Complete your Kooks long tube header setup while retaining the factory rear mufflers with the Kooks 3" GREEN Catted Header-Back ULTRA-X Exhaust System. Designed for 2016-2024 Chevrolet Camaro SS and 2017-2024 Camaro ZL1 6.2L applications, the 22605391 combines 3" GREEN Catted Connections with a Kooks ULTRA-X pipe before transitioning to the factory 2-3/4" muffler connection.
With GREEN Catted Connections rated for up to 750 WHP and suitable for forced induction, this system is designed for higher-output Camaro combinations that need greater capability than Kooks Performance Catted Connections. The header-back configuration connects compatible Kooks Long Tube Headers to the factory Camaro mufflers, allowing the OEM rear muffler assemblies to remain in place.
GREEN Catted Connections - Rated Up to 750 WHP
The included Kooks GREEN Catted Connections are rated for applications producing up to 750 WHP. Unlike the lower-rated Performance Catted Connections, the GREEN Catted Connections are suitable for forced induction applications, making this system an option for supercharged and other forced induction Camaro combinations operating within the specified power rating.
3" ULTRA-X Header-Back Design
The 22605391 combines 3" GREEN Catted Connections with a 3" ULTRA-X pipe as part of the header-back exhaust configuration. The system ultimately transitions from the 3" exhaust piping to the factory 2-3/4" muffler connection.
This configuration allows the exhaust system ahead of the factory mufflers to be paired with compatible Kooks Long Tube Headers while retaining the OEM rear mufflers.
Retains Factory Mufflers
The Kooks GREEN Catted Header-Back ULTRA-X system is designed to connect to the factory Camaro mufflers. Cutting is required during installation to make the connection to the OEM exhaust components. Refer to the Kooks installation instructions for specific cutting locations and complete installation details.
Kooks Long Tube Headers Required
This system does not connect to the OEM exhaust manifolds. Compatible Kooks Long Tube Headers are required for installation. The 22605391 should therefore be selected as part of a compatible Kooks long tube header exhaust combination rather than as a standalone replacement for the factory exhaust system.
