KellTrac Adjustable Rear Spring Spacer Kit (KTI-RSS05) - 2005-2014 Ford Mustang
Fine-tune the rear ride height of your 2005-2014 S197 Ford Mustang with the KellTrac Adjustable Rear Spring Spacer Kit. Designed for enthusiasts who need additional tire clearance or improved alignment characteristics without giving up their preferred rear spring setup, this kit provides multiple installation configurations capable of raising the rear of the vehicle from approximately 1/8 inch to 1/2 inch.
The KellTrac spacer system mounts on top of the rear axle beneath the coil springs and includes a stock-style, higher-durometer rubber spring isolator replacement along with a pair of 1/4-inch nylon carbon spring spacers. This setup is particularly useful for drag-oriented Mustangs running softer lowering springs where the desired spring rate produces a ride height that is slightly too low. Rather than changing to a stiffer or taller spring, the KellTrac kit allows you to retain your existing spring characteristics while adjusting rear ride height to better suit tire clearance, alignment, and vehicle setup requirements.

Ride Height Configurations
- Configuration 1: Replace the factory rear isolator with the supplied KellTrac isolator for approximately 0.125-inch of additional ride height
- Configuration 2: Install the supplied spacer over the existing worn factory isolator for approximately 0.250-inch of additional ride height
- Configuration 3: Replace the factory isolator with the KellTrac isolator and relocate the existing factory isolator to the top over the cone for approximately 0.300-inch of additional ride height
- Configuration 4: Replace the factory isolator with the KellTrac isolator and use the supplied spacer on the top or bottom for approximately 0.375-inch of additional ride height
- Configuration 5: Add the KellTrac isolator and supplied spacer to the existing factory setup without removing the OE components for approximately 0.500-inch of additional ride height
