KellTrac Coilover Spring Conversion Kit, 2.25" Quad Spring High Rate (KTI-C5SCK-225) - 1997-2013 Chevrolet Corvette C5 & C6
Increase spring rate capability and improve spring control on your C5 or C6 Corvette with the KellTrac 2.25-Inch Quad Spring High Rate Coilover Conversion Kit. Designed for serious street, track, drag, and performance applications, this kit converts compatible 2.50-inch coilover spring setups to a more compact 2.25-inch spring configuration while adding helper springs to maintain tension throughout suspension droop. The smaller spring diameter also helps provide additional clearance when running aggressive wheel rates.
This conversion is especially useful on Viking and QA1-based coilover systems where high spring rates and lowered ride heights can allow the main spring to become loose when the suspension unloads. By combining high-rate 2.25-inch main springs with dedicated helper springs and precision billet adapters, the KellTrac system helps keep the spring stack properly seated through the full suspension travel range. One kit services two shocks and can be used on either the front or rear. Two kits are required for a complete four-corner conversion.

Additional Notes
- This kit works only with 2.25-inch or 2.50-inch coilover-style spring configurations.
- The helper spring and adapter stack is approximately 1.50 inches thick.
- The ride height adjuster must be repositioned approximately 1.50 inches to compensate for the added helper spring and adapter stack height.
- One kit covers two shocks. Order two kits for a complete four-corner conversion.
- This kit has not been tested with every available shock, sway bar, or suspension combination.
- Verify clearance and compatibility with your specific coilover and suspension setup before installation.
