Innovators West SFI 18.1 6 Rib stock diameter dual accessory drive damper for 2011-up 5.0L Coyote Mustangs. Excellent upgrade for any N/A, Supercharged or Turbo application. We suggest the IW dampeners with any Vortech, Paxton, Whipple, Roush, VMP or Procharger Superchargers to help keep engine harmonics to a minimum. Ideal for any daily driver, street or track use applications. This balancer is also lighter than stock to help with rotating mass on the front end of your Coyote Mustang.

Exceeds SFI 18.1 standards and is marked on front with SFI Sticker, and on the rear with SFI number stamped into unit.

 

Double 3/16" Keyway Add On

Add an additional 3/16 Keyway to your Damper. Required the crankshaft to be machined for a second keyway 180* out from the original keyway. *Requires damper purchase. This is a labor option for new damper purchase only.

 

What Makes Innovators West Different?

Inside the light weight billet aluminum cover is a free floating wet friction clutch pack assembly that utilizes spring loaded inertia rings to dampen crankshaft harmonics over a wide RPM range. The rings work in conjunction with clutches to provide outstanding dampening action. That action does generate some heat, and we use a small amount of fluid inside that acts as a lubricant as well as dissipates heat to the outer body.
