Important Fuel Compatibility Information
The IS151-2150H utilizes an internal seal that can swell when exposed to MTBE oxygenated fuels. Fuel Injector Clinic specifically states that these injectors must not be used with VP Import, Q16, or any other MTBE oxygenated fuel. Swelling of the internal seal can significantly reduce injector flow.
When using alcohol-based fuels such as E85, Fuel Injector Clinic also recommends following proper storage and maintenance procedures to help prevent corrosion that may occur during extended periods of inactivity.
