Upgrade the factory LT4 TVS1740 supercharger with the Harrop TVS2650 Supercharger Upgrade Kit, engineered as a direct bolt-on solution for high-performance Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 and Cadillac CTS-V applications. By combining Eaton's larger TVS2650 rotating group with a Harrop-designed LT4 manifold and high-capacity intercooling system, this package delivers substantially greater airflow capability, improved boost response, and stronger thermal performance for serious street, track, and race builds.

The system is designed around the factory LT4 architecture, retaining the OEM accessory-drive layout, throttle-body position, fuel-line strategy, and sensor configuration. This allows straightforward mechanical integration while providing the airflow headroom needed for significantly higher power levels.

TVS2650 Airflow Upgrade

The Eaton TVS2650 rotating group provides a major increase in airflow potential over the factory LT4 TVS1740. Because the larger supercharger can move more air at a lower rotor speed for a given boost level, it can help reduce discharge temperatures while providing additional headroom for higher-power combinations.

This makes the Harrop system an excellent foundation for modified LT4 applications where the factory supercharger has become a limiting factor.

High-Capacity Dual-Pass Intercooling

The Harrop LT4-specific cast intake manifold incorporates a dual-pass integrated intercooler system with approximately 2.5 times the core capacity of the factory arrangement. The larger intercooler volume and increased heat-transfer capability help stabilize charge-air temperatures during repeated high-load use.

This additional thermal capacity is especially valuable for track driving, roll racing, aggressive street use, and other applications where consistent intake air temperatures are critical to repeatable performance.

OEM-Style Integration

The TVS2650 kit is engineered to integrate with the existing LT4 platform rather than requiring extensive changes to factory systems. The OEM accessory layout, sensor strategy, throttle-body location, and fuel line are retained for a clean installation and straightforward calibration integration.
