TVS2300 Supercharger Technology
The Eaton TVS2300 rotating group uses four-lobe rotor technology designed for high airflow and excellent thermal efficiency. Its positive-displacement operation provides immediate and predictable boost response, creating a broad increase in usable torque throughout the engine's operating range.
With approximately 101 additional wheel horsepower and 136 additional lb-ft of wheel torque over the quoted stock figures, the Harrop system delivers a substantial performance increase while retaining the everyday usability of the VK56VD platform.
Advanced Intercooler System
The Harrop cast aluminum intake manifold incorporates a large dual-pass intercooler core positioned directly beneath the supercharger discharge port. This location maximizes available intercooler surface area for efficient heat transfer.
The intercooler works with a large front-mounted heat exchanger and high-volume electric coolant pump to improve thermal and volumetric efficiency. This cooling capacity is especially valuable during towing, off-road driving, repeated acceleration, and other high-load operating conditions.
Front Drive Front Inlet Design
Harrop's FDFI design uses a left-hand-biased inlet configuration to shorten the intake path and reduce unnecessary airflow restriction. The supercharger inlet maintains the factory throttle body bolt pattern, allowing the original throttle body to be retained.
