Convert a compatible Halltech Stinger R1 intake bridge to the Stinger R2 configuration without replacing the complete bridge. The Halltech Systems Stinger R1-to-R2 Conversion Hardware provides the application-specific fitting needed to update an existing R1 bridge after drilling a 5/8-inch hole at Halltech's specified location.
Some older product images show a factory GM fitting, but the current STR1-TO-2 kit includes Halltech's updated carbon-fiber-infused nylon fitting. This conversion hardware is intended for Halltech Stinger R1 bridges used with LT1-powered C7 Corvette Stingray and Grand Sport applications. It is not a universal conversion kit for every C7 intake system.

Installation Requirements
Installation requires drilling one 5/8-inch hole in the Stinger R1 bridge at the location specified by Halltech. Accurate placement is critical because drilling in the wrong location can permanently damage the bridge or prevent the conversion hardware from fitting correctly.
Confirm that the intake bridge is a Halltech Stinger R1 before drilling. This modification is permanent once the bridge has been drilled. If you are uncertain about identifying the bridge or locating the correct drilling point, professional installation is recommended.
Updated Halltech Fitting
Some Halltech images may show the conversion performed with a GM fitting. The current STR1-TO-2 hardware uses Halltech's newer carbon-fiber-infused nylon fitting. The fitting supplied with the product may therefore look different from the component shown in older photographs.
