The MF108 features a nominal 108 mm internal diameter at the MAF sensor, providing 9,161 square mm of cross-sectional area and approximately 10 percent more MAF area than the stock-size 103 mm configuration. This KBMF108 combination pairs the larger MF108 intake with an S&B Blue Dry Filter, a 112 mm throttle-body configuration, and a PCV hole in the throttle-body hose. It does not include the optional NOMEX sleeve.
Halltech engineered the MF108 around a MAF-forward design with an integrated velocity stack built into the filter flange. The larger MAF section gives modified LS3 and LS7 combinations additional induction capacity, while the S&B Blue Dry Filter provides a dry-media alternative to Halltech's oiled filter choices.
