The KBMF103 uses a nominal 103 mm internal diameter at the MAF sensor, the same size as the stock intake at that critical measurement point, with 8,332 square mm of MAF cross-sectional area. Halltech engineered the MF103 to translate the MAF tables like stock, making the intake itself a plug-and-play design that requires no additional MAF recalibration. This configuration combines the black Killer Bee MF103 with an S&B Red Oiled Filter, 112 mm throttle-body configuration, no external NOMEX intake sleeve, and no PCV hole in the throttle-body hose.
The MF103 uses Halltech's MAF-forward architecture to deliver proper MAF translation and excellent idle quality while the included Beehive heat shield helps isolate the air filter and MAF sensor from hot engine-bay air.
