Important Fuel Compatibility Warning
Do not use the IS412-2150H with Q16, VP Import, or other MTBE oxygenated fuels. The internal construction of the 2150cc injector contains a seal that can swell when exposed to MTBE. This swelling can significantly reduce injector flow, making the injector unsuitable for MTBE oxygenated fuels. Fuel Injector Clinic also advises following the appropriate injector care procedures when alcohol-based fuels such as E85 are used, as prolonged disuse while exposed to alcohol fuels can create potential corrosion concerns.
PGTDEN6 Pigtails or PADPDtoJ6 Plug-and-Play Adapters
The IS412-2150H requires a different injector connector than the factory harness. PGTDEN6 solder-in pigtails are included and can be installed in place of the existing injector connectors.
