Important Fuel Compatibility Information
Do not use the FIC is127-2150h with VP Import, Q16, or other MTBE oxygenated fuels. The internal construction of the 2150cc/min injector contains a seal that can swell when exposed to MTBE. This swelling causes a significant reduction in injector flow and makes the injector unsuitable for MTBE oxygenated fuels. E85 and other alcohol-based fuels can be used, but FIC's care instructions should be followed because corrosion issues may develop during prolonged periods of disuse while the injectors remain exposed to alcohol-based fuel.
