Fore Innovations Dual Fuel Pump Module (92-800) - 2020-2022 Shelby GT500
The Fore Innovations 92-800 Dual Fuel Pump Module is designed for use as part of a complete return-style fuel system supporting 1,000+ RWHP on the 2020-2022 Shelby GT500. Fore recommends operating one pump full time and activating the secondary pump under load.
The module retains the OE fuel level sender, EVAP functionality, tank transfer system, and filler neck while providing the foundation for a high-performance return fuel system. It can supply port fuel injection and optional wet nitrous applications.

Fuel System Requirements
This fuel pump module requires external feed and return lines, external fuel filtration suitable for the injectors, external fuel pressure regulation, and an upgraded electrical system. Upgraded fuel rails and an inline check valve are also recommended.

E85 Applications
E85 applications require F90000267, F90000274, or F90000285 fuel pumps.
Installation & Tuning Requirements
This module is part of a standalone fuel system. Professional installation and a custom tune are required. Qualified installers and tuners must be able to interface the system with the OE wiring harness and FPDM, understand proper component placement and hose routing, and configure factory-like fuel pump prime and on/off operation without generating error codes.
Fore Innovations supplies basic system schematics and detailed component-level instructions and can provide troubleshooting assistance for the performance and function of its fuel system and components. Fore Innovations does not provide assistance with ECU integration, tuning, or elimination of alarm codes or check engine lights.
Fuel Heat & Fuel Level
This fuel pump module provides substantially more fuel capacity and generates more heat than the original fuel system. High-performance fuel pumps generate more heat than the factory pump, while the composite fuel tank acts as an insulator and stores heat. The shape of the factory fuel tank also limits the fuel pickup capacity of the system.
The driver must maintain a higher-than-normal fuel level in the tank at all times to help minimize heat-related damage and ensure adequate fuel pickup.

Electrical Options
- None: Base module configuration with approximately 6"""" of fuel pump power wire extending from the hermetic seal.
- FC2 Controller with 6-Gauge Wiring: Operates both pumps simultaneously using factory control. Best for two smaller street-duty pumps or two large pumps in track applications where increased fuel heat is less of a concern. Can control secondary pumps on a triple-pump module when a small primary pump is powered by the OEM harness. Includes 14' of 6 AWG power wire, 100-amp fuse, 3' ground wire, 7' 12 AWG pump leads, and sealed Delphi connector.
- FC3 Staged Controller with 4-Gauge Wiring: Independently controls the secondary pump(s) from the primary pump using factory control plus a secondary trigger. Recommended for two or three large pumps in street applications to help minimize fuel heat. Includes 14' of 4 AWG power wire, 100-amp fuse, 3' ground wire, 7' 12 AWG pump leads, and sealed Delphi connector.
- Delphi Connector / Pigtail Only: Includes a sealed Delphi connector and 7' of 12 AWG pump leads. Installer is responsible for supplying and properly configuring the required fuses and relays.
Additional System Options
- Honeywell Pressure Switch for FC3: 1/8"""" NPT male pressure switch designed for installation in the intake manifold. Must receive both boost and vacuum signals.

We cannot accept returns on injectors or pumps that have been in contact with fuel.

Additionally, Fore Innovations is not responsible for special, incidental, or consequential damages or costs incurred due to the installation, use, or misuse of our products.
We will gladly refund any parts that are received in new resalable condition and accompanied with a Return Authorization Number to the original purchaser. Fore Innovations will not be responsible for any items sent to us without a Return Authorization Number.
