Fore Innovations Triple Pump Module (78-900) - 2014-2019 C7 Corvette
The Fore Innovations 78-900 Triple Pump Module provides low-pressure fuel supply for 2014-2019 C7 Corvette applications making over 1,500 RWHP with triple fuel pumps. Fore recommends operating one pump full time and activating the secondary pumps under load. The module can supply the High Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP) along with auxiliary port injection and/or an optional wet nitrous system.
The in-tank module retains the OE tank transfer system, fuel level senders, and EVAP functionality. It is designed to be used as part of a complete standalone fuel system with upgraded feed and return lines, high-capacity filtration, a check valve, a flow-through T-block mounted directly to the HPFP inlet tube, and a high-capacity fuel pressure regulator.

Fuel System Requirements
This module requires upgraded feed and return lines, high-capacity fuel filtration and check valve, a flow-through T-block mounted directly to the HPFP inlet tube, and a high-capacity fuel pressure regulator.
Fore suggests using dual regulators to maximize fuel system output. According to Fore, a dual-regulator configuration can add approximately 150 WHP of fuel system capacity on E85 when using triple pumps.
E85 Applications
The fuel system becomes E85 capable when using F90000267, F90000274, or F90000285 fuel pumps.
HPFP Priming Requirements
This fuel system can allow fuel to vaporize at the HPFP inlet, creating a risk of the HPFP starting without liquid fuel. Fore recommends implementing an auxiliary priming method to ensure liquid fuel, rather than fuel vapor, is supplied to the HPFP before engine start.
Fore offers an optional prime button and timer. Some installers and owners instead configure the priming function through the brake pedal or clutch pedal.
Installation & Tuning Requirements
This module is part of a standalone fuel system. Professional installation and a custom tune are required. The qualified installer must be able to interface the system with the OE wiring harness and FPDM/FPCM, understand proper component placement and hose routing, and configure factory-like fuel pump prime and on/off operation without generating error codes.
Fore Innovations supplies basic system schematics and detailed component-level instructions and can provide troubleshooting assistance for the performance and function of its fuel system and components. PCM integration and tuning are the responsibility of the installer and tuner.
Depending on the selected fuel pump arrangement, the lower portion of the pump module may be larger than the fuel tank opening. Partial disassembly of the module may be required for installation into the fuel tank.
Fuel Heat & Fuel Level
This fuel system generates substantially more fuel capacity and heat than the original fuel system. High-performance fuel pumps generate more heat than the factory pump, while the composite fuel tank acts as an insulator and stores heat. The shape of the factory fuel tank also limits the fuel pickup capacity of the system.
The driver must maintain a higher-than-normal fuel level in the tank to help minimize heat-related damage.

- FC2 Controller with 6-Gauge Wiring: Operates both pumps simultaneously using factory control. Best for two smaller street-duty pumps or two large pumps in track applications where increased fuel heat is less of a concern. Can control secondary pumps on a triple-pump module when a small primary pump is powered by the OEM harness. Includes 14' of 6 AWG power wire, 100-amp fuse, 3' ground wire, 7' 12 AWG pump leads, and sealed Delphi connector.
- FC3 Staged Controller with 4-Gauge Wiring: Independently controls the secondary pump(s) from the primary pump using factory control plus a secondary trigger. Recommended for two or three large pumps in street applications to help minimize fuel heat. Includes 14' of 4 AWG power wire, 100-amp fuse, 3' ground wire, 7' 12 AWG pump leads, and sealed Delphi connector.
- Delphi Connector / Pigtail Only: Includes a sealed Delphi connector and 7' of 12 AWG pump leads. Installer is responsible for supplying and properly configuring the required fuses and relays.

- Honeywell Pressure Switch for FC3: 1/8"""" NPT male pressure switch designed for installation in the intake manifold. Must receive both boost and vacuum signals.
