Fore Innovations Level 1 Returnless Fuel System (49-501) - 2005-2021 Hemi LX
The Fore Innovations Level 1 Returnless Fuel System is a basic fuel pump upgrade designed to work with the factory fuel feed circuit for up to 700 RWHP or a maximum of 10 psi of boost on gasoline. Designed for minimal installation effort, this system retains the original fuel feed line, in-tank filter, and fuel pressure regulator.
The factory dual-sump tank transfer function is retained along with the compatible OE fuel level sender, fuel filler, and EVAP controls. The system can also be upgraded to a return-style configuration as power demands increase.

Fuel Level Sender Compatibility
Type 1 fuel level senders were originally supplied from 2005-2011. Vehicles that received a replacement fuel pump after 2012 will typically have a Type 2 level sender.
Type 2 level senders were supplied on 5.7L applications from 2011-2019 and 6.1L/6.4L applications from 2011-2021.
Type 3 level senders were supplied on 5.7L applications from 2020-2023 and 6.4L applications from 2022-2023. Type 3 level senders are not compatible with this product.
2011 model-year vehicles require visual confirmation to determine whether they are equipped with a Type 1 or Type 2 fuel level sender.
Fuel Compatibility
This system is designed for gasoline only and is not compatible with E85 due to the lack of E85 compatibility with the original fuel filter.
Installation Notes
Professional installation and a custom tune are required. This is part of a standalone fuel system. Qualified installers must be able to interface with the OE harness, understand proper component placement and hose routing, and provide factory-like pump prime and on/off operation without error codes.
Fore Innovations provides basic system schematics, detailed component-level instructions, and troubleshooting assistance for the performance and function of its fuel system and components.
High-output fuel pumps generate substantially more heat than the factory fuel pump, while the composite fuel tank can insulate and retain this additional heat. The shape of the factory fuel tank also limits fuel pickup capacity. More fuel than normal must be kept in the tank at all times to help minimize heat-related damage and maintain adequate fuel pickup.

Fitment Exclusions:
- Does not fit any chassis originally produced as a Hellcat or Demon.
- Does not fit 2020-2023 chassis originally equipped with a 5.7L engine.
- Does not fit 2022-2023 chassis originally equipped with a 6.4L engine.
- Does not fit applications equipped with a Type 3 fuel level sender.

Electrical Options
- None: Base module configuration with approximately 6"""" of fuel pump power wire extending from the hermetic seal.
- FC2 Controller with 6-Gauge Wiring: Operates both pumps simultaneously using factory control. Best for two smaller street-duty pumps or two large pumps in track applications where increased fuel heat is less of a concern. Can control secondary pumps on a triple-pump module when a small primary pump is powered by the OEM harness. Includes 14' of 6 AWG power wire, 100-amp fuse, 3' ground wire, 7' 12 AWG pump leads, and sealed Delphi connector.
- FC3 Staged Controller with 4-Gauge Wiring: Independently controls the secondary pump(s) from the primary pump using factory control plus a secondary trigger. Recommended for two or three large pumps in street applications to help minimize fuel heat. Includes 14' of 4 AWG power wire, 100-amp fuse, 3' ground wire, 7' 12 AWG pump leads, and sealed Delphi connector.
- Delphi Connector / Pigtail Only: Includes a sealed Delphi connector and 7' of 12 AWG pump leads. Installer is responsible for supplying and properly configuring the required fuses and relays.
Additional System Options
- Honeywell Pressure Switch for FC3: 1/8"""" NPT male pressure switch designed for installation in the intake manifold. Must receive both boost and vacuum signals.

We cannot accept returns on injectors or pumps that have been in contact with fuel.

Additionally, Fore Innovations is not responsible for special, incidental, or consequential damages or costs incurred due to the installation, use, or misuse of our products.
We will gladly refund any parts that are received in new resalable condition and accompanied with a Return Authorization Number to the original purchaser. Fore Innovations will not be responsible for any items sent to us without a Return Authorization Number.
