Fore Innovations Triple Fuel Pump Module (43-900) - Zeta / Sigma II
Build a high-performance return-style fuel system with the Fore Innovations Triple Fuel Pump Module for Zeta / Sigma II applications. Designed for use as part of a complete return-style fuel system supporting 1,200+ RWHP with triple fuel pumps, this module retains key OE fuel system functions while providing the foundation for a serious high-horsepower fuel system.
Fore recommends running one fuel pump full time and activating the secondary pumps under load. The module retains the OE fuel level sender, EVAP functionality, tank transfer, and filler neck while supplying port fuel injection and supporting optional wet nitrous applications.
Fuel System Requirements
This triple pump module is intended for use as part of a complete return-style fuel system. Additional components are required to complete the system, including:
- External fuel feed and return lines
- External filtration for the fuel injectors
- External fuel pressure regulation
- Upgraded electrical system
- Upgraded fuel rails recommended
- Inline check valve recommended
Fore Innovations complete fuel systems are available for applications that require the additional fuel system components.
E85 Applications
E85 applications require F90000267, F90000274, or F90000285 fuel pumps.
Installation Notes
Professional installation and a custom tune are required. Qualified installers must be able to interface with the OE harness and FPDM/FPCM where applicable, understand proper component placement and hose routing, and provide factory-like pump prime and on/off operation without error codes.
Fore Innovations provides basic system schematics, detailed component-level instructions, and assistance with troubleshooting the performance and function of its fuel system and components.
High-output fuel pumps generate substantially more heat than the factory fuel pump, while the composite fuel tank can insulate and retain this additional heat. The shape of the factory fuel tank also limits fuel pickup capacity. More fuel than normal must be kept in the tank at all times to help minimize heat-related damage and maintain adequate fuel pickup.

Electrical Options
- None: Base module configuration with approximately 6"""" of fuel pump power wire extending from the hermetic seal.
- FC2 Controller with 6-Gauge Wiring: Operates both pumps simultaneously using factory control. Best for two smaller street-duty pumps or two large pumps in track applications where increased fuel heat is less of a concern. Can control secondary pumps on a triple-pump module when a small primary pump is powered by the OEM harness. Includes 14' of 6 AWG power wire, 100-amp fuse, 3' ground wire, 7' 12 AWG pump leads, and sealed Delphi connector.
- FC3 Staged Controller with 4-Gauge Wiring: Independently controls the secondary pump(s) from the primary pump using factory control plus a secondary trigger. Recommended for two or three large pumps in street applications to help minimize fuel heat. Includes 14' of 4 AWG power wire, 100-amp fuse, 3' ground wire, 7' 12 AWG pump leads, and sealed Delphi connector.
- Delphi Connector / Pigtail Only: Includes a sealed Delphi connector and 7' of 12 AWG pump leads. Installer is responsible for supplying and properly configuring the required fuses and relays.
Additional System Options
- Honeywell Pressure Switch for FC3: 1/8"""" NPT male pressure switch designed for installation in the intake manifold. Must receive both boost and vacuum signals.

Due to the highly technical nature of our products, we recommend only experienced and competent individuals and shops install our products and systems.
We cannot accept returns on injectors or pumps that have been in contact with fuel.
Fore Innovations, LLC does not warranty any product that have been damaged or rendered defective as a result of accident, misuse, or abuse. Additionally, Fore Innovations is not responsible for special, incidental, or consequential damages or costs incurred due to the installation, use, or misuse of our products.
We will gladly refund any parts that are received in new resalable condition and accompanied with a Return Authorization Number to the original purchaser. Fore Innovations will not be responsible for any items sent to us without a Return Authorization Number.
