Fore Innovations Wide Dual Pump Module (38-802) - 2003-2013 Corvette
Build a high-performance return-style fuel system for your 2003-2013 Corvette with the Fore Innovations Wide Dual Pump Module. Designed for use with a complete return-style system, the 38-802 can support 1,000+ RWHP with properly selected dual fuel pumps. Fore recommends running one pump full time and activating the secondary pump under load.
The Wide Dual Pump Module retains the OE fuel level sender, EVAP functionality, tank transfer, and filler neck. It can supply port fuel injection and an optional wet nitrous system when incorporated into a properly configured fuel system.
Fuel System Requirements
This module requires external feed and return lines, external injector filtration, external fuel pressure regulation, and an upgraded electrical system. Upgraded fuel rails and an inline check valve are also recommended.
The included secondary OE regulator bypass plug replaces the regulator in the passenger-side tank, allowing fuel transfer when using boost/vacuum-referenced fuel pressure or when operating at a lower fuel pressure than the factory setting.
E85 applications require F90000267, F90000274, or F90000285 fuel pumps.
Installation Notes
Depending on the selected fuel pump arrangement, the lower pump assembly may be larger than the fuel tank opening. Partial disassembly of the module may be required for installation into the fuel tank.
Fore Innovations strongly recommends replacing the OE internal tank lines whenever servicing the fuel tanks.
Professional installation and a custom tune are required. Qualified installers must be able to interface with the OE harness and FPDM/FPCM on applicable models, properly position components and route hoses, and provide factory-like pump prime and on/off operation without error codes. Fore Innovations supplies basic system schematics and detailed component-level instructions and can assist with troubleshooting the performance and function of its system and components.
High-output fuel pumps generate substantially more heat than the factory pump, while the composite fuel tank construction can insulate and retain this additional heat. More fuel than normal must be kept in the tank at all times to help minimize heat-related damage.

Electrical Options
- None: Base module configuration with approximately 6"""" of fuel pump power wire extending from the hermetic seal.
- FC2 Controller with 6-Gauge Wiring: Operates both pumps simultaneously using factory control. Best for two smaller street-duty pumps or two large pumps in track applications where increased fuel heat is less of a concern. Can control secondary pumps on a triple-pump module when a small primary pump is powered by the OEM harness. Includes 14' of 6 AWG power wire, 100-amp fuse, 3' ground wire, 7' 12 AWG pump leads, and sealed Delphi connector.
- FC3 Staged Controller with 4-Gauge Wiring: Independently controls the secondary pump(s) from the primary pump using factory control plus a secondary trigger. Recommended for two or three large pumps in street applications to help minimize fuel heat. Includes 14' of 4 AWG power wire, 100-amp fuse, 3' ground wire, 7' 12 AWG pump leads, and sealed Delphi connector.
- Delphi Connector / Pigtail Only: Includes a sealed Delphi connector and 7' of 12 AWG pump leads. Installer is responsible for supplying and properly configuring the required fuses and relays.
Additional System Options
- Honeywell Pressure Switch for FC3: 1/8"""" NPT male pressure switch designed for installation in the intake manifold. Must receive both boost and vacuum signals.

We cannot accept returns on injectors or pumps that have been in contact with fuel.

Additionally, Fore Innovations is not responsible for special, incidental, or consequential damages or costs incurred due to the installation, use, or misuse of our products.
We will gladly refund any parts that are received in new resalable condition and accompanied with a Return Authorization Number to the original purchaser. Fore Innovations will not be responsible for any items sent to us without a Return Authorization Number.
