    Much smoother acceleration, better braking

Posted by Pjotr on Jul 8th 2026

Previously, there was a vibration when accelerating. It wasn’t annoying; it added a little bit of character. After installation: Immediately, you feel a much quieter and smoother acceleration. The braking is even better, less vibration, more bite. I wasn't expecting such improvement. No problems up to 180 kph, I have to test high speeds on the German Autobahn soon :). Installing: No need to take the standard exhaust section off. The bolts at the transmission side had to be heated (45 sec/ bolt). Same for the shaft at the front and it needed a couple of bangs. For fitting: reuse the cleaned OEM (M12) bolts. It would be better to have someone operate the parking brake / handbrake. All in all it took 4 hours, not too bad, not too difficult, but you will need an extensive hand tool set.
