Complete 3/5 Drop Kit for 1973-1987 C10 with 1" Disc Brakes
The DJM2045L-3/5 (1 rotor) Complete Lowering Kit delivers a true 3" front and 5" rear drop for 1973-1987 Chevy C10 trucks equipped with 1.00" thick front disc brake rotors. This system combines classic drop spindle geometry up front with a proven rear flip kit for an aggressive squarebody stance.
Up front, traditional 3" drop spindles lower the truck while maintaining factory steering geometry and predictable ride characteristics. Rotor thickness is critical. This kit is designed specifically for 1" rotors. If your truck has 1.25" rotors, use DJM2045H-3/5 instead.
Out back, a rear axle flip kit relocates the axle from beneath the leaf spring to the top of the leaf spring to achieve a full 5" rear drop. No C-section is required on the C10 frame because adequate clearance remains for proper suspension travel. This kit includes new U-bolts and leaf spring plates to replace original hardware if needed.
Shocks are included to properly control suspension movement at the lowered ride height.
Important Rotor Fitment Note
This kit works only with 1.00" front disc brake rotors. Measure rotor thickness before ordering. If equipped with 1.25" rotors, use DJM2045H-3/5 instead.
