DSE 041754-SDS is designed for 2-wheel-drive 1967-1972 Chevrolet C10 and GMC C15 trucks originally equipped with truck-arm and coil-spring rear suspension. It does not fit trucks originally equipped with leaf-spring rear suspension. The weld-on axle brackets are designed for axles with 3-inch diameter axle tubes. GMC applications must have been factory equipped with the optional truck-arm and coil-spring rear suspension. C20 and C25 trucks originally equipped with truck-arm and coil-spring rear suspension can also use this system, although Detroit Speed notes that load capacity will be reduced and recommends the weld-on axle bracket configuration for these applications. Basic fabrication skills including measuring, cutting, and drilling are required. Detroit Speed identifies Holley fuel tank 19-185 as compatible with the QUADRALink rear suspension. The suspension and compatible fuel tank require custom exhaust routing.
