DSE QuadraLink Rear Suspension Kit - Double-Adjustable Shocks (041711-DDS) - 1970 - 1981 Chevrolet Camaro
Transform the rear suspension of your 1970-1981 Chevrolet Camaro with the Detroit Speed QUADRALink Rear Suspension Kit. Designed as a serious performance upgrade from the original leaf spring suspension, the QUADRALink uses Detroit Speed's exclusive 4-link geometry to improve handling, rear axle control, ride quality, and suspension articulation. Detroit Speed's patented Swivel-Link technology allows the suspension to articulate smoothly without binding, while tuned high-durometer rubber bushings eliminate heim joints that can wear, create noise, and compromise long-term street manners.
The 041711-DDS configuration adds DSE/JRi aluminum-body double-adjustable coilover shocks with Detroit Tuned valving. Two independent adjustments and an extensive adjustment range allow the shocks to be tuned to the demands of the driver and vehicle while maintaining excellent street ride quality. Long upper links provide effective pinion and U-joint angle control, improved anti-squat geometry helps manage rear suspension behavior under acceleration, and the long adjustable panhard rod precisely controls lateral axle movement during hard cornering. The rear upper shock crossmember strengthens the rear body and frame section, while inboard-offset lower links provide additional tire clearance.
