Take the unwanted flex out of your S-Series rear suspension with the Detroit Speed Delrin Bushing and Shackle Kit. Designed for 2WD Chevrolet S10, GMC S15, and GMC Sonoma applications, 041512DS replaces compliant factory-style components with CNC-machined Delrin bushings and heavy-duty shackles. By reducing bushing deflection under load, the kit gives the leaf springs a more stable foundation for sharper suspension response, more predictable traction, and a more connected feel behind the wheel.
Detroit Speed combines its low-compliance Delrin bushings with a heavy-duty shackle assembly engineered for improved articulation and durability. The bolt-in package includes the bushings, shackles, sleeves, mounting hardware, grease, and grease gun adapter needed for installation. It is designed to work with Detroit Speed Speed Kits as well as factory-style leaf springs and is made in the USA. This kit is intended for 2WD applications and is not compatible with Crew Cab trucks.
