Designed for 1964-1970 Ford Mustang applications, part number 040405DS replaces the factory inner wheel housings and incorporates replacement frame rail sections with reinforcement doubler plates to create the additional space required for much wider rear wheel and tire combinations. Depending on the application, these Mini-Tubs provide up to 3 inches of additional width while maintaining an OE-inspired finished appearance.

The system supports tires up to 315mm wide on 1964.5-1966 Mustangs and up to 335mm wide on 1967-1970 Mustangs.
