Designed for select GM F-Body and X-Body applications, these solid mounts eliminate the compliance that occurs between the body and subframe with factory rubber mounts. Creating a more rigid body-to-subframe connection increases chassis stiffness and improves handling response while retaining the vehicle's stock body mount height.
Detroit Speed CNC machines the 010301DS mounts from billet aluminum for a precise, rigid connection between the body and subframe. Rather than using conventional bright anodizing, Detroit Speed applies a hardcoat finish designed to resist corrosion that can develop between steel and aluminum surfaces.
