Factory rubber bushings can compress and deflect as the suspension loads and unloads, allowing unwanted changes in toe and caster during hard cornering. The CorteX Monoball Kit dramatically reduces this movement, helping the suspension maintain more consistent geometry and giving the driver a more predictable, connected feel on the street or track.

Eliminate Factory Bushing Deflection
The factory S550 Mustang control arm bushings are designed with compliance that can allow substantial movement during aggressive driving. As these bushings deflect, suspension geometry can change, including unwanted variations in toe and caster. This can make the chassis feel inconsistent when approaching the limits of available grip.
CorteX replaces these compliant bushings with precision monoball spherical bearings. The control arms are able to articulate through their intended range of motion while unwanted lateral movement and bushing deformation are dramatically reduced.
