The system combines a gloss black carbon fiber air duct with a dedicated carbon fiber heat shield designed to optimize airflow from the lower air inlet and grille. The heat shield also helps isolate the air filter from engine bay heat and environmental elements, creating a complete performance intake solution for the 6.4L HEMI.

Carbon Fiber Air Duct and Heat Shield
Corsa uses gloss black carbon fiber for both the air duct and dedicated heat shield, combining lightweight performance construction with a premium underhood appearance. The heat shield helps separate the filter from hot engine bay air while also providing additional protection against environmental elements.
Dyno-Tuned 6.4L HEMI Performance
Rather than relying on a universal intake configuration, Corsa dyno-tuned this system for the naturally aspirated 6.4L HEMI. The optimized intake design can deliver gains of up to 15 horsepower and 18 lb-ft of torque while requiring no ECU calibration or tune.
Optimized Airflow
The intake is engineered to take advantage of airflow entering through the vehicle's lower air inlet and grille. Combined with the free-flowing reverse-cone filter, the carbon fiber duct provides an efficient path for incoming air while the heat shield helps reduce exposure to surrounding engine compartment heat.
