Cervini's Concept Ram Air Hood (1176) - 2005-2009 Mustang
Bring the styling of Ford's original 2005 Mustang Concept to your S197 with the Cervini's Concept Ram Air Hood. Inspired by the vehicle that reintroduced retro muscle car design to a new generation, this hood delivers bold concept-car styling while adding aggressive Ram Air-inspired functionality to your Mustang.
The Concept Ram Air Hood features distinctive center-mounted Ram Air openings that capture the essence of the original Mustang concept vehicle. Its unique design instantly sets your Mustang apart from the crowd, creating a factory-inspired appearance that looks like it could have rolled directly from Ford's design studio.
Constructed from premium hand-laid fiberglass, the hood combines lightweight performance with exceptional durability. Pre-cut front air ducts allow cool outside air to enter the engine bay, helping improve airflow while enhancing the aggressive Ram Air appearance. Although the hood is not functional Ram Air from the factory, it is designed to work with Cervini's optional Ram Air Conversion Kit, allowing owners to create a fully functional Ram Air system that can provide additional performance benefits.
A fully finished underside liner adds strength and rigidity while providing a smooth, paintable surface for a show-quality appearance. New windshield washer squirters are included and relocated beneath the hood to maintain the clean styling lines of the hood's upper surface.
Designed as a direct replacement for the factory hood, the Concept Ram Air Hood installs using factory mounting locations and the original hood latching system for straightforward installation and excellent fitment.
