BWoody High Capacity Intercooler Tank (810.4018) - 2018-2026 Supercharged Ford F-150
Increase intercooler system capacity and improve heat management on your supercharged Ford F-150 with the BWoody High Capacity Intercooler Tank. Designed for 2018-2026 F-150 models that were not originally equipped with an auxiliary tank, this upgrade adds approximately 3.1 gallons of coolant capacity to help stabilize coolant temperatures and maintain lower intake air temperatures for longer periods.
The tank mounts cleanly between the front frame rails and uses a layout similar to the discontinued Whipple-style design, while providing roughly one additional gallon of coolant capacity. It is designed as a practical cooling upgrade for high-performance supercharged applications where reducing heat soak is a priority.

High-Capacity Cooling

Clean Frame-Rail Mounting
The tank is designed to fit between the front frame rails for a clean installation that keeps the added coolant capacity low and out of the engine bay. This layout helps make efficient use of available chassis space while maintaining a tidy appearance.
Auxiliary Pump Support
A bracket for an additional auxiliary pump is included. An optional 90-degree hose and additional clamps are available for setups using a secondary auxiliary pump.
